This agency is fraudulent and does not pay the rental money on to its landlords, both David Osbourne and his son Michael are con men and I had to take them to court to try to retrieve rent paid by my tenants also they do not mange the property they just ignore it. Super East-end con men don't do... Read Full Review

This agency is fraudulent and does not pay the rental money on to its landlords, both David Osbourne and his son Michael are con men and I had to take them to court to try to retrieve rent paid by my tenants also they do not mange the property they just ignore it. Super East-end con men don't do business with them. I am still waiting for approx £50K in rent that has been stolen from me. They have criminal track records. be warned they should not be trading. The worker are all in collusion with the Osbournes including mathew house and Mr Payne.

In short this company is useless and not at all straight, would seriously avoid them. As a landlord they cheated me out of thousands of pounds and when made a complaint the owner tried to intimidate. The staff are also useless. It seems they have been in business about 20 years but how they have ... Read Full Review

6 months with Hamilton Fox has been, by far, the worst customer experience I had in this country since I came to London 10 years ago. Refer to other review for the kind of issues I went through. 6 months with Hamilton Fox has been, by far, the worst customer experience I had in this country since I came to London 10 years ago. Refer to other review for the kind of issues I went through. They are completely useless, very unprofessional, completely unable to cope with basic customer service requirements, a total rip off and waste of time and money. After all the frustration, I feel the only power I have is to discourage other people to use their service.
